Important Information

  1. The Love Yourself Bazaar is focused on treating yourself, more specifically – self care and will only accept vendors that fit within the theme. Vendors who provide products/services that focus on bettering yourself will be given priority. 
  2. Applications will be reviewed by Heaven On Earth. Applicants will be notified of decision within 5 days of receiving the application. If paying by check, the check will be returned within 7 days if the vendor application is not accepted.
  3. Heaven On Earth aims to provide a diverse selection of vendors. Competing vendors** will not be allowed considering that this is a more intimate space.

**A competing vendor is considered a company that sells a very similar item. Competing vendor example: Pink Zebra, that sells simmer pots, and Scentsy, that sells warmers.

  1. Displays will be inspected. Resale items, garage sale, and flea market items are not allowed.  Weapons of any kind are prohibited.   Heaven On Earth reserves the right to request the removal of any items that are deemed as inappropriate.
  2. Once application is confirmed, payment is considered non-refundable.
  3. All vendors are responsible for their own set-up and take-down. Setup starts at 10am and needs to be completed by 11:45am and take down begins at 5pm. Those who leave early will not be invited back.
  4. Vendors are expected to have their table manned at all times.
  5. Unless written approval has been given, tables cannot be shared or sublet with unapproved exhibitors.
  6. This event will be shared heavily on social media. If selected as a vendor, promoting the event is expected and greatly appreciated. If we all spread the word, we will all benefit!
  7. Tips on how to market the event and setup your vendor table to maximize engagement/sales will be emailed once you are selected.


This year, we will raffle vendor items and have a 50/50 to benefit the Up & Out Foundation, a Frederick non-profit dedicated to educating and providing resources to those affected by addiction.

A picture and description of your donation item is due via email by January 31st. Each item will be raffled off throughout the event and a schedule will be published prior to the event as a tool to get more attendees. Remember, the better your raffle item, the more interest it will create, the more attendees we will have and the more we will raise for Up & Out.

Additional Information

Spaces are limited.    All applications will be subject to review and will be processed on a first come, first served basis. Spaces are not guaranteed until payment is made meaning no spaces are held and your spot is not secure until payment is received. Also, please note that there are several daily inquiries and everyone cannot be notified if another rep of the same company has expressed interest and/or secured a spot

Last day to submit an application and payment is Wednesday, January 31, 2018.

Vendor Fee:   $60 for an indoor space that includes (1) 8’ rectangular table (clothed and skirted) PLUS a raffle item valued at a minimum of $20. Your fee is non-refundable once application is accepted.
